Responsibilities for a Physical Therapist :

• Perform thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and create individualized treatment plans.
• Educate and guide patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and home exercise routines.
• Accurately document patient progress and maintain current medical records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Deliver age-appropriate care to neonates, infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
