Financial analyst

Randstad is partnering with a client in Los Angeles on a contract Financial Analyst opportunity running through January. Responsibilities

OBJECTIVES & FUNCTIONS

• Maintain a comprehensive billing tracker and supporting financial documentation.
• Review and process invoices related to media activity for the Acquisition team.
• Monitor media spend across all digital advertising campaigns, ensuring prompt receipt and resolution of vendor invoices.
• Foster and maintain working relationships with billing contacts on both brand and vendor sides; document and outline specific billing processes to prevent errors caused by brand / vendor-specific nuances.
• Utilize in-house billing and vendor systems (e.g., SAP or similar platforms) efficiently.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Schedule and lead monthly meetings with planners and buyers to review, confirm, and report actual media spend and accruals to Finance.
• Identify and resolve invoicing issues related to overlapping platform usage across multiple clients by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Communicate regularly with internal partners to ensure billing deadlines and requirements are clearly understood and met.
• Respond promptly to all email inquiries to prevent escalation and maintain effective communication.
• Work closely with Financial Planning & Analysis to ensure accurate and efficient transfer of all necessary financial information.
