Experienced General Service Technician

Up to 18.00 per hour plus bonus incentives

PIEDMONT LUBE CENTERS dba JIFFY LUBE

We are looking for a professional and experienced automotive technician to join our growing operation of maintenance and mechanical repair centers. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing all types of vehicles, and will range from basic to advanced technician skills. Candidates must be able to work well in a team setting, provide outstanding customer service, and follow workplace safety, cleanliness, organization, and procedural standards.

    • GENERAL SERVICE TECHNICIANduties and responsibilities include the following :

  • Application of automotive repair knowledge
  • Able to analyze and diagnose common problems
  • Inspect, replace and / or repair defective parts while performing preventative maintenance on automobiles
  • Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology
  • Interact in a friendly and professional manner with customers, co-workers and managers
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

    • REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years auto service / engine diagnostic experience in a professional capacity
  • ASE Certification in Brakes & A / C preferred but not required
  • Must have Technician Tools
  • Must have weekend availabilty
