About The Opportunity
The Brand Management Director, Americas will lead and scale the OKX brand across the region, strengthening our position as a top cryptocurrency and Web3 exchange. This role oversees the development of compelling, consistent, and differentiated brand and product narratives, from strategy to execution. The ideal candidate is a visionary brand builder and storyteller with a proven track record of driving measurable impact through creativity, cultural relevance, strategic execution, and cross‑functional leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the leading voice of the brand marketing team in the US and across the Americas region.
- Concept, build and develop brand marketing strategies driving the US business through integrated marketing initiatives.
- Lead storytelling initiatives in the US and Americas that reinforce OKX as an industry leader across traditional, emerging, and innovative formats.
- Own the end‑to‑end campaign lifecycle, from design through measurement, managing cross‑functional teams, to deploy omnichannel campaigns.
- Collaborate with key cross‑functional teams, including compliance, legal, local markets, and product marketing, to ensure brand and product messaging resonates with B2C and B2B customers, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
- Leverage data analytics to measure ROI, optimize marketing performance, and drive informed, results‑focused decision‑making across all channels.
- Foster a high‑performance marketing team culture, driving professional growth, collaboration, and continuous skills development to meet ambitious business goals.
