PM Host

Temple Court, a Tom Colicchio Restaurant in the Beekman Hotel, is looking for an Experienced Evening Host to join their growing team!

Weekend & Weekday afternoons / evening availability a must!

Responsibilities :

• Welcoming and greeting guests; ensuring a seamless flow through the restaurant and to arranged dining tables
• Coordinating and communicating with the Chef and managers openly regarding service
• Checking-in, storing, securing, and retrieving outerwear and assorted personal belongings for guests
• Printing all menus as well as updating and printing shift summary notes
• Speaking clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations and responding well to questions
• Upholding service standards to ensure a memorable guest experience
• Maintaining and upholding our company's vision and values
• Demonstrating a passion for details and a willingness to learn
• Taking part in pre-service duties and applicable closing duties
• Exhibiting a familiarity with daily menus
• Participating in service / culinary education sessions
• Maintaining a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment
