Job description5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role. Experience managing HR functions in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience working with a significant temporary workforce (e.g., through staffing agencies). Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
Job Title : Human Resources Manager
Location : Aurora, IL
Type : Direct Hire
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Pay Range : $75k - $85k + bonus
