We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Intensive Care Unit team on a full-time night shift schedule. Schedule :

3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts)

7 : 00 pm – 8 : 00 am

What You’ll Do :

As an ICU Staff RN, you will :

Provide safe, high-quality care to critically ill patients using the nursing process

Serve as a mentor and preceptor for new staff and students

Supervise non-RN staff and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Take on leadership responsibilities when assigned as charge nurse or clinical coordinator

Uphold organizational policies and standards of excellence in patient care

Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Active RN license in the state of Connecticut (or eligibility)

BSN strongly preferred

Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

Prior ICU experience highly desirable
