UPMC is currently hiring for a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient Pediatrics Office on the 9th floor of the Williamsport Regional Medical Center. This is a salaried Professional Staff Nurse, OP position 5 days / wk, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or major holidays. Staff are scheduled to work 4 day shifts, between 7 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, and one evening shift from 10 : 30 am to 7 : 00 pm per week. Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances :
CPR Certification required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire
Current licensure either in the state where the facility is located or, if the facility is in a state covered by the multistate Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) agreement, a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state. Hires and current employees working on an out-of-state NLC license who later change their residency to the state where the facility is also located will have 60 days upon changing their residency to apply for licensure within that state.
