Location :

This role is based 2 days per week out of our San Francisco, HQ and is not eligible for full-time remote work.

Compensation :

The annual cash compensation range for this position is $131,000-$175,000 in addition to equity & benefits.

The Team & Role This is a “founding” role for Gem’s enterprise's go-to-market strategy and has significant visibility and growth potential. Enterprise is Gem’s biggest opportunity, and we’re looking for a marketing leader to build and run the programs that drive pipeline with our most important customers.

As the first dedicated marketer hired to focus solely on enterprise campaigns, the Senior Enterprise Marketing Campaign Manager will design and execute the playbook on how Gem wins in Enterprise. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, execute boldly, and measure impact through pipeline creation and acceleration.

This role is for you if you’re passionate about account-based marketing, working in the trenches with AEs, constantly optimizing campaigns based on what\'s actually attracting interest and moving deals forward. You thrive on the challenge of long sales cycles and celebrate just as hard when your campaign finally helps close that whale account after months of nurturing.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

Partner with the Head of Demand Generation and marketing leadership to design and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns targeting enterprise accounts

Partner with enterprise AEs to understand deal dynamics and create campaigns that help them attract and engage interested buyers

Act as the “air traffic controller” for enterprise marketing, ensuring campaigns, content, events, and sales plays all contribute to a unified ABX strategy

Execute targeted campaigns to drive the right enterprise prospects to interact with Gem

Work with the events team to maximize enterprise attendance and ensure seamless pre- and post-event follow-ups

Constantly test new and creative mediums, offers, and channels

Document learnings to continually optimize and scale what works across the enterprise segment

About You

Experience from 7+ years working at successful B2B SaaS startups in the 200-2,000 employee range

Understand the unique challenges of enterprise marketing at a growth-stage company

Strategic thinker who can zoom out and design the enterprise plays while still rolling up your sleeves to execute programs end-to-end

Ready to own both the wins and the learnings when experiments don\'t pan out

Build trust with enterprise AEs by speaking their language and delivering results

You see campaign management as a team sport - collaborating with demand gen leadership, sales, and other marketing functions

You understand that in enterprise, creating engaged and interested buyers is more valuable than just generating leads

You're obsessed with pipeline creation metrics, not vanity metrics

Proficient at the typical B2B techstack : Salesforce, Marketo, Excel, Asana, ABM platform
