Job description

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking several Assemblers I for our client in Mesa, AZ. This is an opportunity to work with a global leader in the RF / Microwave industry, known for innovation and over 50 years of excellence.

  • Location : Mesa, AZ
  • Pay : $16.5 / hr
  • Shifts Available : 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm | Monday - Friday | Overtime Available

    • What You'll Do :

  • Assemble small wires and components for cable connectors and adapters
  • Operate tools including manual presses and microscopes
  • Inspect and test parts for quality and precision
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations
  • Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in electrical or small parts assembly
  • Ability to work with microscopes and small hand tools
  • Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
