JOB DESCRIPTION :

Under the direction of the Nursing Manager and Executive Director works in the area of public health and immunization delivery / outreach. Perform adult and children immunizations. Perform Health Card / TB testing. Utilize the CHIRP Registry for immunization records. Must attend required continuing education workshops. This may include travel.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Working knowledge of current immunization schedules

Experience in delivering pediatric immunizations

Medical Assistant certification

Venipuncture and phlebotomy experience

TB / CPR certified
