Job Description & Requirements Hospitalist Physician StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 12 Pay Rate : $179.45 - $194.25 This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity : Schedule : 7a-7p or 7p-7a; Wednesday-Tuesday; no call Total census per provider per shift : Verifying Procedures required : Hospital Medicine Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Vista Support : Verifying Certifications and licenses required : Board Certified or Eligible, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Any Unrestricted State License Credentialing Timeframe : 60 days Facility Location Tucked away in the scenic hills of West Virginia, Clarksburg is truly a unique southeastern city.
