Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements : Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Certifications Requirements : Current Pennsylvania PT license, BLS certification, CPR certification
  • Experience Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of outpatient therapy experience; willingness to accept new graduates; experience working with diverse patient populations preferred
  • Other Requirements : Ability to work 8-hour days, strong communication skills, reliable transportation, adaptability to fast-paced environments

  • Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, assessing individual needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
  • Document patient progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility protocols and electronic medical records.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal recovery plans.
  • Maintain compliance with all licensing, safety, and clinical standards, including maintaining current certifications.
