The nurse will work night shifts, providing comprehensive care to patients. Experience in Epic is required within the last six months. The nurse should have a minimum of 2 years experience, preferably in a similar setting. The patient population includes adults and geriatrics, focusing on Medical Surgical and Orthopedic cases. Telemetry is monitored in a centralized unit. The nurse will float to units of equal or lesser acuity as needed. Interdisciplinary support is available from various services, including Physical Therapy and Social Services. The ideal candidate will have strong assessments and critical thinking skills. Candidates must hold a valid BLS and NIHSS certification. Experience with wound care and total joint replacements is preferred.
