The Services Specialist serves as domain expert around the Rockwell Automation Lifecycle Services business and continuously builds core competency around the services portfolio to help articulate business value. This position will be focused on driving growth with customers, providing technical expertise, helping with marketing initiatives, and developing strategic plans with sales teams. Analyzes market conditions, develops annual business and account plans, and coordinates the implementation within region. Leads the commercial introductions of new services to market including target setting, marketing, performance, and sales management.

What you'll do :

• Serve as a customer centric resource for Rockwell Lifecycle Services
• Be proactive in communicating with customers about Rockwell Lifecycle Services and developing solutions to customer issues
• Work collaboratively with other Rockwell Specialists
• Manage order entry, quote preparation and review, and transaction processing
• Support internal customers with resources and information
• Customer-centric, professionally represents self
• Honest and fair in dealings with others
• Ability to manage issue to resolution while providing positive customer experience
• Develop, maintain, and nurture relationship with Codale partner Rockwell Automation
• Coordinate with Codale and Rockwell Customer Succes Managers around services opportunities
• Develop proficiency in point of sales software and Rockwell Automation tools
• Be organized and communicate effectively with customers and Codale Specialists
