Fleet Deckhand Winona, MN This is a full-time, non-exempt level position. Position Summary :

ADM is seeking a laborer to work as a deckhand under the direction of a Captain on a tugboat at one of our American River Transportation Company (ARTCo) fleeting locations in Red Wing, MN

Job Responsibilities :

• General housekeeping and upkeep of the vessel, including washing, chipping, painting, and cleaning
• Tow work, including building rigging, and building tow for Line boats
• Fleet work, including preparing barges for delivery to local customers
• Assisting barge cleaners, mechanics, and welders may also be required
• Assist the captain with required vessel reports in compliance with environmental, safety and USCG regulations and report any problems or damage
• Report all injuries, illnesses, and near misses in a timely manner
• Additional duties and responsibilities as required or requested

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors.
