Phlebotomist

Job Description :

• The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the first point of contact for patients and represents the organization with professionalism and care.
• This role includes drawing quality blood samples, preparing specimens for testing, and ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for patients.
• The PSR I follows established procedures, maintains confidentiality, and upholds accuracy in all patient interactions.
• This position requires strong phlebotomy skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a positive patient experience.

Requirement / Must Have :

Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections.

Experience :

Minimum 6 months experience required.

1+ years of phlebotomy experience preferred.

Customer service experience in retail or service environments preferred.

Keyboard / data entry experience required.

Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing.

Maintain required records and documentation.
