LPN (Full Time) - Emergency Department

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of person(s) licensed by a State regulatory board to prescribe medication and treatment, or under the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse (RN). Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Education Assistance

Weekend Differential

Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am

Weekend Option Days : WEO rates + weekend differential

Weekend Option Nights : WEO rates + weekend differential + straight night shift differential

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Licensure : Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements

Experience : Can be new or experienced LPN

LPN-IV Certification must be previously completed or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire (range from upon hire to within 1 year)

We provide psychiatric assessment, medication management, individual / group / family therapy, and connect patients to referral resources available in the community. We work closely with the Emergency department, which is the access point for Behavioral Health admissions. Patients are provided a medical screening exam and stabilizing treatment prior to being transferred to the Marian Center or discharged with community-based resources.
