Job description

Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician Southern Oregon

Position Highlights :

  • Outpatient practice
  • 4 days or 5 days work week
  • No inpatient work required.
  • EMR - Epic

Opportunity Highlights

  • Year 1 : Base salary $300,000
  • Year 2 and beyond : Value-based incentive plan up to 10% of earnings (quality, productivity, patient experience)
  • $60,000 signing bonus
  • $15,000 relocation assistance
  • $5,000 CME allowance annually
  • 240 hours authorized time off
  • Full health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits
