Required Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIH & KY License

Float Requirements : Yes – PTCA (Only CVICU patients) or other ICU units

Unit Information :

Number of Beds : 17

Patient Ratios : 1 : 1 or 1 : 2

Equipment : CRRT (Prismax), IABP, IMPELLA, ECMO, VADs

EMR : Cerner

Hiring Profile :

Must Have Skills / Experience : CVICU experience, Open heart Recovery within 24hrs experience, Hemodynamic (Swan) experience

Preferred Skillset / Experience : ECMO, CRRT, IABPs, Impella, VAD, and heart and lung transplant experience

Type of Patients on Unit : Cardiac Patients

Personality Fit : Understands this is a high acuity floor and is a hard worker with a positive uplifting attitude

Dress Code :

Scrub Color : Facility provides surgical scrubs
