Understanding client quality management needs and map business requirements to EtQ Reliance capabilities.

Must have knowledge in configuring EtQ modules (e.g. NC, CAPA, Audit Management, Change Control, Complaints).

Understanding of EtQ SaaSCloud solutions and technologies.

Proficient in customising workflows, forms and dashboards using EtQ design tools.

Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex issues and discrepancies.

Familiarity with Robot framework.Support validation phases including UAT and defect resolution.

Experience in creating functional design documents, configuration guides.

Experience working in Agile methodologies and proficient in grooming requirements in JIRA
