What You'll Do : Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with emergency response activities as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment. Monitor for any suspicious behavior or potential hazards, documenting and reporting all security-related incidents according to Allied Universal procedures. Serve as a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity and assist employees, visitors, and / or contractors at the location. Collaborate with site personnel and local authorities as needed to address security-related concerns and maintain a professional environment. Minimum Requirements : A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
