This internship opportunity with Arcwood Environmental is a 12-week program. The HR Talent Team Intern will work directly with the Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams to support the execution of Arcwood's talent strategy. This internship provides meaningful, real-world experience focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent in a rapidly growing company. You'll gain exposure to recruiting, onboarding, learning and development, leadership programs, and employee engagement initiatives - and contribute to projects that make a measurable impact on our people and our business.

Essential Functions & Requirements :

What You'll Learn :

Education : Candidate must be a full-time enrolled college student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, organizational development, or related business field (required)

Competencies : Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job. Must be able to complete a minimum of 10 out of 12 weeks.
