• Pittsburgh Weekday and Weekend Shift Availability Field Staff Entry Level   We have an opportunity available for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide medical care for skilled nursing residents in a Long-Term Care Facility / Nursing Home in Pittsburgh.
• As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and coordinate care delivery, which will ensure that patients' needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, center policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local guidelines.   The ideal candidate is passionate about providing superior care through a demonstrated understanding of patient needs.
