Logistics Coordinator

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support routing, scheduling, movement, and compliance activities for equipment operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced logistics environments and has hands-on experience supporting field operations—or better yet, oilfield equipment .

What You’ll Do :

• Coordinate routing, movement, and scheduling of equipment
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company standards
• Manage fleet tracking systems and update movement statuses
• Process permits, documentation, and invoicing
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, delays, and delivery updates
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and spreadsheets using advanced Excel skills
• Support operations with administrative and logistics-related tasks
