Job descriptionPromote youth development through hands-on learning environment Provide children with opportunities to develop early language and motor skills through age-appropriate play and activities Build relationships with families and the staff team Genuine interest and appreciation for young children. At least 1 year of experience working with children infant to age 11. Perform first-aid functions when necessary according to infant / child procedures. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from participants, members, staff, administration, or the general public. FREE adult Y membership (+ discount on Family Membership) 50% discount on Y programs 403(b) retirement account 12% retirement after 2 years and 1,000 hours per year Free Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Available Shifts - Only at Houser (Onalaska) :
- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 12 pm
- Saturday & Sunday, 8 am - 12 pm
