Job description

Clae Goldman Team is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Field Sales Associate to join our team. Our mission is to protect customers from rising energy costs, offer discounts, and promote green energy. As a Field Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with customers through door-to-door and retail channels. Join us and make a positive impact on the environment while helping your community.

Responsibilities

Generate Leads :

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through door-to-door and retail channels.

Close Sales :

Present and sell our community solar and third-party energy solutions to potential customers.

Build Relationships :

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Meet Sales Targets :

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Stay Informed :

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

Educational Background :

High school diploma / GED required; a degree in a related field is preferred.

Experience :

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial.

Communication Skills :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Persuasion Skills :

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales and achieve targets.

Self-Motivation :

Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Compensation

$60,000 - $120,000 (Annually)
