AI Solutions Analyst

A company is looking for an AI Solutions Analyst to support the delivery and optimization of AI tools across their operations.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to define business value, requirements, and success metrics for AI solutions

Prepare and structure data for effective use in AI tools and assist with performance improvement tasks

Measure and analyze the performance of AI solutions, providing insights and documentation for ongoing improvements

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in business analysis, technical operations, data analytics, or solution delivery

Bachelor's degree in information systems, business analytics, or a related field

Experience working with structured and unstructured data, preferably in Microsoft 365 environments

Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or generative AI services

Exposure to prompt design or AI configuration is a plus
