Technology Specialist

A company is looking for a Technology Specialist to oversee daily operations of its enterprise technology architecture. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for IT operations, including support for employees and contractors Manage daily IT functions, including help desk requests and system administration for a distributed workforce Provide training on new systems and tools to enhance technical fluency and platform adoption Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology, focusing on help desk and IT operations Strong experience administering Microsoft 365, particularly in GCC environments Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Power Automate Familiarity with cybersecurity standards such as NIST 800-171 and CMMC U.S. Citizenship required, with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
