APP-Palliative Care Opening - Findlay, OH Position Overview A growing community-focused healthcare system in Northwest Ohio is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) with experience in acute care, hospice, or palliative medicine to join a collaborative and compassionate team. This position offers a rewarding mix of inpatient and outpatient care with a strong emphasis on quality of life, chronic disease management, and patient-centered symptom support.
