What You’ll DoDeliver exceptional plumbing service, repairs, and installations with skill and efficiency

Diagnose plumbing issues, explain solutions clearly, and educate customers on preventative maintenance

Accurately document work performed in Service Titan.Build trust and long-term relationships by prioritizing customer satisfaction in every interactionIdentify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services that benefit the customer

Ensure safety, compliance, and professionalism on every job site

Accurately document work performed using company systems (including photos and job details)

What You Bring2+ years of  Residential Service plumbing experience

Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Customer-first mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Willingness to learn new plumbing techniques, products, and technologies

Sales-oriented approach, with the ability to recommend valuable solutions to customers
