Shift : Days, Evenings, Overnight
Job Summary :
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team in a skilled nursing facility setting. The RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with care plans, physician orders, and regulatory standards. This role is critical in promoting resident health, safety, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans
- Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other care team members
- Assess residents' health status and document observations and interventions accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families
- Communicate effectively with physicians and allied health professionals regarding resident status and care needs
- Respond to and manage medical emergencies and acute changes in condition
- Ensure proper documentation, charting, and compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Participate in care conferences, quality improvement activities, and in-service education
- Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff
Qualifications :
Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of MinnesotaGraduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Associate or Bachelor's degree)CPR / BLS certification (required)Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferredExcellent clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentCompassionate and patient-focused approach to careBenefits : (if applicable)
