RN - Cath Lab

Responsible for : Assists the physician in the performance of invasive cardiac / electrophysiology procedures. Has thorough knowledge of all Cath Lab / EP Equipment and maintenance of it and administers direct / indirect care to patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures. Able to provide direct and indirect cardiovascular clinical care during established procedures.

Minimum Education Required : Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) Minimum Experience Required : 2 years Cath Lab Tech Experience Minimum Licensure / Certification Required by Law : Current Georgia RN license, RCIS or RCES Additional Qualifications : BCLS and ACLS
