• Coverage : Family Practice
• Patient Volume : Approximately 20 patients per day
• Location : Conyers, Georgia
• Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM
• Dates of Coverage : October-December (Please indicate your availability for specific dates)
• Epic Training : Required prior to starting
