    • Role Description :

  • Family Medicine Physician
  • Location : Troutman, NC - Brand new location!
  • Network boasts 27 practices, comprised of 12 primary care clinics, 10 specialty groups, 3 ambulatory surgery centers and 2 urgent cares.
  • Network has 48 providers in eight specialty clinics and eleven primary care practices.
  • Primary Care
  • This will be a new office location. Growth anticipated
  • Patient Volume : 20-25 Daily
  • The Physician provides medical oversight, expertise, and leadership to ensure the delivery of the highest quality care to their community
  • Opportunities for exceptional growth and development
  • The Physician will work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members
  • Provide patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services consistent with a value-based care model.
  • Conduct regular health assessments, diagnose and treat common illnesses, and manage chronic conditions.
  • Actively participate in practice quality improvement programs and evaluate practice performance metrics.

  • Troutman is located 30 minutes north of Charlotte and Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
  • Troutman is located on the north end of beautiful Lake Norman, and less than one hour away from Blue Ridge Mountains to our west, with fantastic skiing, snowboarding and tubing in the winter.
  • We are also a short 3-hour drive to the ocean in the opposite direction with white sandy beaches and palm trees, all ideal locations for weekend getaways.
  • Enjoy your time on Lake Norman, with over 500 miles of freshwater shoreline, its perfect for fishing, boating, and water sports.

    • Requirements :

  • NC Medical License and DEA.
  • Must be Board Certified / Board Eligible
  • Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
  • Experience working in a team of healthcare professionals and collaborating with them to ensure positive, effective patient experiences with our organization.
  • Ability to serve without prejudice or judgement regardless of lifestyle, race, economic status, age, or religious affiliation of patients.
