• About the Role :

We're looking for a motivated attorney to join our team. You'll

work alongside experienced attorneys

, support real client cases, and receive the tools and guidance to

build a strong legal foundation

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct legal research and case evaluations

Draft legal documents and client communications

Assist in negotiations and mediations

Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy

Stay current with employment and labor law developments

What We're Looking For :

Active California Bar License (Required)

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment
