Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator / Accountant with advanced expertise in Sage 100 to manage essential accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of independently handling multiple office and financial tasks. Sage 100 proficiency is required — applicants without this experience will not be considered.

Starting Salary : $50,000-65,000, doe

Key Responsibilities for Office Administrator / Accountant :

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable in Sage 100
  • Perform job costing and prepare accurate monthly statements
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Generate reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial records and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support daily operations
  • Handle general office duties as needed

Qualifications of Office Administrator / Accountant :

  • Expert-level proficiency in Sage 100 (required)
  • Strong background in accounting or office administration
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
