Food Service Team Leader

Taco Bell is hiring a full-time or part-time Restaurant Supervisor for our Upper Sandusky, OH location.

Job Description

A Restaurant Supervisor should not only supervise their team but lead it to achieve its goals. The supervisor will assist in the planning and management at Taco Bell - E. Wyandot Avenue in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with store policies all while meeting and / or exceeding financial goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor team members to follow all service standards.
• Supervise service of guests, being watchful of signals from guests in need of service.
• Assist manager to establish and monitor sidework duty completion.
• Read daily communication sheets from previous shift and prepare one for the following shift.
• Check restaurant for cleanliness and set up. Check tables for cleanliness and proper set up.
• Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have effective verbal and written communication skills.
