Job descriptionProvide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes in condition to the RN or provider. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure effective patient care delivery. Document all patient care accurately and in a timely manner. Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans. Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and staff. Current LPN license in the state of Indiana. Minimum of 1 year experience. Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Flexibility to work overnight 12-hour shifts as needed.

Job Description :
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Acute Care team on a PRN basis in Greenfield, IN. This role is ideal for an LPN who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is passionate about providing high-quality patient care.
