Tech Transformation Associate

A company is looking for a Tech Transformation Associate Six Sigma & RPA (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Drive client workshops to understand scope and process details

Conduct high-level process and technical feasibility assessments

Create transformation and automation solution designs, including business view and complexity assessments

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in business transformation or business process improvement

2+ years of experience in business transformation for Fields programs preferred

5+ years of people management experience, including managing leaders

Six Sigma Project Certification (Green or Black belt and LSS Certified)

RPA Tools Certification (for design, not coding)
