Purpose : This position will be responsible for handling projects and investigative requests from both internal and external stakeholders. Position will directly support department manager in bringing special requests to resolution. This position will be directly responsible for ensuring that the product related to projects has an accurate disposition both systemically and physically. This position must maintain accurate record keeping on all projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Providing support to the management team by providing clear communication from a quality perspective, this role directly impacts the daily fulfillment of orders.
- This position will communicate directly with all levels of associates and management within the quality team and to external vendors handling special projects.
- When necessary, this position may be directly responsible for supervising the staff in all quality functions including projects, to include manufacturing, distribution, and inbound product from vendors and contractors. This position will be responsible effectively communicating to all levels of staff, including senior management if necessary.
- Responsible for creation and accurate maintenance of all DIM related information.
- Will be responsible to manage the quarantine list, aged LP's and work directly with IC team to maintain its accuracy.
- This position will be responsible to communicate the needs of special projects as they arise and will ensure the prioritization of projects is clear to floor management.
- This position will use all the systems such as Nextech, MARC, SAP, VIVO, PLM, FLEX PLM, RMS2 and TRACK IT to effectively investigate quality issues.
- Responsible for Goalpost Distribution weekly reports.
- This position will interact with departments such as Art, Product Development, Order Fulfillment, Purchasing, Customer Service, MFG and Distribution.
- This position will perform all tasks assigned by management.
