About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Global Supply Chain and Operations Support. The VP will also lead a high-performing global team, drive supply chain as a competitive advantage, and ensure the continuous improvement of processes and systems. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in operations and supply chain, with at least 10 years in a leadership capacity. A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and deploying global supply chain vision and strategic plans, as well as superior skills in lean, process, and automation. They must demonstrate the ability to build and lead high-performing teams, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong focus on integrity and driving business success.
