Job Title- HCM Cloud Functional Consultant

Must have skills

• Hands-on in Oracle Cloud Global HR, Talent & Absence Management
• Involved in at least one end-to-end implementation engagement
• Familiar with end-to-end set-ups of common and module specific components
• Knowledge in all the functional modules in Fusion HCM besides Core HR, Absence and Talent
• Hands-on working with Dashboards, OTBI and BI Publisher
• Strong knowledge of User Roles, Privileges and associated Security
• Effective knowledge on managing Quarterly Releases and associate changes
• Familiar with advanced features like Journeys, Redwood, Grow, etc.
• Have past exposure in front-ending to Customers
• Strong Communication and Customer handling skills
• Ability in managing Customer expectation, gathering requirements and estimating efforts needed for small-medium enhancements
• Proactive in proposing best practices and solutions
