Job descriptionFlorida Occupational Therapy License (required). Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance (required). CPR Certification (preferred). Ability to supervise and delegate tasks to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (preferred). Flexible Scheduling : Choose what works best for your lifestyle-full-time, modified full-time, PRN, or Contract (1099) Compensation : This is a pay-per-visit role, allowing you to maximize your earnings based on the number of visits you complete. Professional Development : Ongoing training, mentorship opportunities, and support for career development. Comprehensive Full-Time Benefits : Enjoy three weeks of PTO and annually increases to four weeks after five years. Earn quarterly bonuses based on individual and team performance. This position is based in Panama City, Fl.
Your Role as an Occupational Therapist :
- Travel to patients' homes to deliver occupational therapy services that promote healing, recovery, and independence.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of the patient's condition and home environment.
- Collaborate with patients and caregivers to develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
- Provide education to patients and caregivers to support treatment outcomes and independence.
- Supervise and delegate care appropriately to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (as needed).
