Job Description About the Position Position / Specialty : Dialysis RN Days Shift : 3x12 Days 6 : 30a-7p (Monday-Saturday) Ratios : 1 : 2 Weekend REQ : Every other weekend Is on-call REQ? (Y / N) : Yes, 2 weekday PM call shifts every 4 weeks and 1 PM call shift every 4 weeks. Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs / float between like units / sister facilities? No Required / Preferred Years of experience REQ : 1 year of acute dialysis experience First-timers accepted : (Y / N) : Yes License REQ : SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start Certs REQ : BLS Certs Pref : ACLS Trauma Level REQ : N / A Equipment Experience Pref : Fresenius 2008T, Mobile Reverse Osmosis Machines Miscellaneous Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y / N) : Approval can be requested prior to assignment, but not guaranteed. Local Radius : 60 miles Locals Accepted : (Y / N) : Yes, at 10% less than the posted bill rate RTO Restrictions for Client Offers : All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs Guaranteed Hours : Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Hospital Highlights Type of Facility : Level I Trauma Center, Teaching Facility, Magnet Hospital Total Staffed Beds : 820 Scrub Color : Royal Blue Charting : Epic Parking Cost : Nights and weekends only. One-time payment of $20 for parking pass

• Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or ext assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
