About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner, driving key initiatives, optimizing organizational effectiveness, and ensuring seamless execution. This highly visible role requires exceptional strategic thinking, strong leadership, superior communication, analytical skills, a collaborative spirit, and an action-oriented, proactive approach. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for engaging with the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors, leading strategic planning and execution, and managing special projects and analyses. A deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in medical devices, pharma, or AI technology, is a significant plus.

The Chief of Staff will also be involved in strategic partnerships, serving as a key liaison to ensure clear communication of company priorities and decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred, and 3-6 years' of experience in a high-performance environment. While previous experience as a Chief of Staff is desirable, it is not required. The role demands a candidate with a data-driven mindset, the ability to lead without direct authority, and a proven track record of building trust and influencing senior leaders. Adaptability, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity are also essential.
