About the POSITION :

A long-standing, multi-specialty neighborhood practice with a strong and steadily growing patient base is seeking an experienced Clinical Leader to join our team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to practice in a modern, team-oriented environment that is supported by the resources and stability of one of the region’s largest dental care providers.

Position Highlights :

Must have 5+ years of clinical experience

Work with a diverse, established patient base in a supportive, collaborative setting

Clinical Proficiencies Required :

Comprehensive Exams

Diagnosis

Treatment Planning

Additional Responsibilities :

Educate patients and families on treatment options and long-term oral health maintenance

Collaborate with staff to ensure comprehensive treatment plans are executed with precision

Mentor and support associate doctors in patient care and treatment approaches

Prescribe medications as necessary

Accurately document all medications, diagnoses, treatments, and consultations

Requirements :

DDS or DMD degree required

Current, active NJ Dental License

CDS and DEA licenses

Minimum of 5 years’ clinical experience in a dental practice

Commitment to delivering the highest standard of patient care

Strong communication and leadership skills

Professional, approachable demeanor with the ability to lead a large multi-specialty practice

About the COMP & BENEFITS :

Competitive salary : $240,000 – $350,000
