Job Title : Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Specialist

Reports to : Senior Partnership Marketing Manager

Salary : $75-$85k

Location : Remote (USA)

The Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Specialist supports the growth and execution of our influencer, affiliate, and brand partnership programs. This role is key in expanding our creator network, driving affiliate performance, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns from outreach to reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about social media, affiliate marketing, and creator partnerships.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Affiliate and influencer management : Identify, research, and recruit influencers and affiliates that align with brand goals and demographic
• Support Sr. Partnership Manager in building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, creators, and affiliate partners
• Manage communications, including outreach, follow-ups, and newsletters to affiliate group
• Working to streamline affiliate program including onboarding, high-touch relationship needs and scaling deliverables
• Affiliate whitelisting management : Scale affiliate program and the use of affiliates and creators in whitelisting and user generated content
• Work closely with cross functional teams to expedite whitelisting deliverables as well as underscore reporting and quarterly improvements
• TikTok Shop : Partner with agencies to identify content creators and send products to increase outreach. Stay up to date on TikTok Shop trends, new growth opportunities, and creator-led sales strategies.
• Responsible for budgeting to channel needs as well as reporting on channel development and profitability to stakeholders
• Product fulfillment : Coordinate product shipments including gifting boxes for new product launches and new campaigns.
• Includes building tracking and reporting to easily manage budget and product fulfillment needs
• Campaign execution : Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, including onboarding new partners, sharing briefs, and providing promotional calendars.
• Brand Partnerships for giveaways : Identify brands for giveaway partners and assist with outreach and giveaway logistics.
• Performance tracking : Partner with partnership manager to track and analyze campaign performance data, compile bi-weekly reports, and help make data-driven decisions.
• Administration : Maintain program management tools, budget and Rakuten affiliate platform
