Inventory Control Supervisor

Epic Distribution has an exciting opportunity available for an Inventory Control Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising and coordinating a perpetual inventory record of material, supplies, and other stock items as well as coordinating stock transfers between facilities.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and well-organized.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Monitor all cycle count programs and ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Identify all operational problems in inventory.
• Maintain records of all variances according to established procedures.
• Monitor work of all inventory control personnel and ensure achievement of all objectives.
• Ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions and maintain records.
• Train employees and staff in all inventory control processes according to manual and recommend process updates if required.
• Monitor all inventory control processes and documents.
• Manage all inventory transactions and provide required feedback to team as required.
• Manage inventory levels / stock transfers between facilities

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES :

Education : High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) : Preferred

Experience : 3+ years of Industrial PVF experience, or inventory control experience

Computer Skills : Microsoft Office; Experience with JD Edwards : Preferred

Other Requirements : Knowledge of piping materials (visual and descriptions)
