Job descriptionEnsuring employees reporting to you meet performance expectations Effectively instructing other employees on the shift. Establish a safe, secure, and healthy work environment Meet deadlines Maintain excellent customer service at all levels Read and understand Crumbl recipes Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources and other equipment used to make cookies Decorating and displaying the finished product Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure each item meets food safety and quality controls Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels. Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift. Previous leadership experience required Notable communication schools An eye for detail and accuracy Reliable, with high integrity and strong worth ethic A team player Professional appearance and attitude Computer literacy Ability to keep a positive attitude in fast-paced atmosphere Must be 18+ to apply CLOSED SUNDAYS Weekly Pay Employee discount Flexible Schedule Fun and supportive work environment Full-time and part-time positions available Opportunity for advancement

Crumbl Cookies Shift Leader
This position will predominantly be 4pm / 5pm-10 : 30pm M-Thur and 4 / 5pm-12 : 30am Friday / Saturday.
Previous Shift Lead / Management Experience Required
